Guest Relationship Section is responsible for handling
matters concerning the hotel guests, namely the in-house guests, banquet/event
guests, F&B outlets patrons. The
staff has to handle the matters, like guests complaints, issues that may harm
or made the hotel guests uncomfortable, with the concern of the interest of both parties,
the Hotel and the guest.
Area of responsibility
Guest Services section.
Handle all issues regarding hotel
guests. Take care and retain them by providing friendly and helpful
services. Collect guest's comments and
reflect the comments to the Management for future development
Maintain close relation with the
hotel Management, Security, Engineering Department, Corporate Communications Department
and all other hotel/corporate departments in case of emergency or crisis arise.
