Before Opening - The Service Personnel: Check in with your duty Supervisor when reporting for duty. Be on time, being on time means being at your work place ahead of time. Set up Tables, Station and Dining Room according to “Set up Standards”.  Fulfil the side jobs as assigned. Attend to the menu briefing. Help your colleagues on their station if yours is ready. Be on standby on your station 5-min prior to opening time
